RETURN POLICY
1) Ödeme ve Teslimat
Sitemiz üzerinden kredi kartlarınız ile her türlü kredi kartınıza online ödeme yapabilirsiniz. Online ödemelerinizde siparişiniz sonunda kredi kartınızdan tutar çekim işlemi gerçekleşecektir. Muhtemel sipariş iptallerinde kredi kartınıza para iadesi 3 iş günü içerisinde yapılacaktır.
2) Sipariş Bedeli İadesi
Siparişlerinizin olası sebeplerle iptali durumunda; şirketimiz üç iş günü içerisinde ürün bedelini hesabınıza ve/veya kredi kartınıza iade eder. Ancak, banka hesap bilgilerinizi ve/veya kredi kartı bilgilerinizi doğru ve eksiksiz olarak şirketimiz finans yetkililerine bildirmeniz gerekmektedir.
3) Hizmet Gerçekleştirilmesi
Rezervasyon tarih ve saatinde gerekli transfer işlemi siparişte belirtilen güzergahta gerçekleştirilmesi garanti edilir.

Rezervasyon tarihinizde bir değişiklik var ise bize bir gün önceden info@shuttleistanbul724.com maili üzerinden bildirmeniz gerekmektedir, aksi halde ücret iadesi mümkün olmayacaktır.
1) Payment and Delivery
You can make online payments to all kinds of credit cards with your credit cards on our site. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellations, your credit card will be refunded within 3 working days.
2) Order Price Refund
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Our company will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three working days. However, you must report your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company.
3) Service Realization
The required transfer at the date and time of the reservation is guaranteed to be carried out on the route specified in the order.
